1)All orders should strictly be made on the website
2)We do not offer same day deliveries
3)All deliveries done locally will take 3 to 7 days to be delivered
4)All orders done on a friday can only be processed on monday.
5)Orders can only be processed or dispatched after funds reflect in our bank accounts
6)The only accepted methods of payments are card,eft and bank transfer.
7)Please always double check your order and delivery address before confirming your order.
8)Once your order is dispatched,customers will recieve a waybill number to track their parcel.
9)Please note for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS,customers are responsible for all broker fees,duty taxes associated with the order,please note these charges are not included at the time of ordering ,they will be charged when the parkage arrives.
10)It is a customer s responsibility to make sure if you ordering a product to be taken outside the south african borders,your country allows that product to be delieverd there,Aarosol wont be held resposible for products confisticated for that reason.
11)For any refunds that are requested but it is not Aarosol s fault,courier fees will be deducted from the refund.
RETURNS
1)Returns must be processed locally within 14 days and 30 days when its an international delivery,products
must be returned in their original packaging not tampered with or damaged.
